A unique live-data campaign for the French Open

We flexed our creative muscles with IBM’s campaign for the world-renowned tennis tournament, making a set of dynamic animations that react to live tennis data!

For IBM’s French Open campaign, we created eight animations and illustrations for large-scale interactive adverts at Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport and the Roland-Garros tennis stadium.

But the really exciting part of this project is the dynamic element to the animations...

The films were hooked up to a live feed of information direct from the matches, enabling the visuals to change as they pulled in scores, serve speeds and other analytics right as they happened. So we geared up the animations to accommodate the live data.

Animade are consummate professionals. Not only is their animation killer, their attitude is awesome... Bring them the stretches, the possibilities, the true creative leaps. Then prepare to be impressed.

The campaign hit the sweet spot with its huge international audience, running throughout the major tournament from 19 May to 7 June.

Game, set, match!
