  • Fri-Yays—whenever possible we strive to finish at 3pm on Fridays

  • Work from anywhere scheme—remote work for up to 10 weeks a year

  • Winter Wednesdays—optional longer lunch breaks in the winter to enjoy more daylight

Budget boosters

  • Training budget—up to £1,000 per year. We invest in the continuous learning and development of our team, from soft skills and line management training to specific 3D software upskilling classes

  • Wellbeing budget—up to £200 per year. Our team have used these towards exercise classes, running shoes, meditation apps, spa days and much more

  • Community Engagement budget—up to £250 per year. This goes towards attending industry events like Pictoplasma, Annecy, OFFF & others

Someone to turn to

We pair people up across departments to learn different skills and connect people across all levels of the company, such as our Managing Director or our Executive Creative Director with a mid-level Creative, for example. We’ve had people developing their skills in animation, design, public speaking & presentation and in building up confidence.
