Someone to turn to
We pair people up across departments to learn different skills and connect people across all levels of the company, such as our Managing Director or our Executive Creative Director with a mid-level Creative, for example. We’ve had people developing their skills in animation, design, public speaking & presentation and in building up confidence.
Aye aye, Culture Captains!
We are committed to creating a truly inclusive culture to not only make Animade a better place to work but to foster an environment where everyone experiences a sense of belonging. We've implemented lots of changes through recruitment practices, DE&I training and our All Ears events to name a few.
