Dropbox

Wall-to-wall fun for a creative conference

We helped Dropbox develop a motion system for their Work In Progress event, and some fun visuals for the event to make the party pop!

Dropbox have an annual conference called WIP, allowing fans, creators and users to get together and hear about new additions and features coming to Dropbox. This time they were showcasing their Dash product and

showing how Dropbox is expanding across workflow. Our brief was to create a motion system to help convey their messaging and engage users across the live event, socials and presentation decks, along with a set of motion guidelines.

Pattern perfect

Dropbox provided the designs for an identity lock-up and three ‘core’ patterns, which we then animated. The project process involved a FigJam with the client to establish and explore the

tone of voice for the animations, which involved discovering narratives and creative solutions to things like scalability. And of course, adding a touch of magic!
